Delivery status in the online store

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and the scheduled delivery date. Once the shipment is transferred to the courier company, you will also receive information that will allow you to track the package. You can check the delivery status on your customer account. To see the delivery address, the current status of your shipment, and the expected delivery date, click "Shipping Tracking" in the order details

Remember that:

  1. No more products can be added to an order that is in process.
  2. Deliveries are made by couriers of companies such as Inpost, DPD and Poczta Polska from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. If you have ordered a bulky item, delivery will be carried out by couriers of Rhenus Delivery Services / Inntralog on a pre-arranged date.
  3. If the delivery is made by InPost, it is possible to redirect the package to a parcel machine. Otherwise, it is not possible to change the delivery address. This will be possible in the Customer Account before the next order.

Complaint how and to whom to write?

Deadlines for processing consumer applications:

  1. How to make a complaint about products under warranty? Provide the following information (paste and complete the following excerpt into the message) to facilitate the processing of your complaint:
    • Consumer warranty claim
    • Claim request
    • Do you consent to the transfer of data to the relevant service partner in order to process the claim: YES/NO
    • Product name and IAN number (available on the article nameplate)
    • Serial No. (S./N.: on the nameplate)
    • Product Disadvantage Description:
    • When the product was purchased: DD.MM.YYYY
    • Date the product defect was found: DD.MM.YYYY
    • Product price
    • Do you have proof of purchase: YES/NO
  2. How to make a claim on a product under warranty? If the product purchased in Lidl is under warranty - you can make a claim directly to the guarantor (service).
  3. General information about the complaint procedure. For warranty terms and conditions, please refer to your product's warranty statement. For many private label products, the duration of the warranty is 3 years. On the other hand, when the guarantor has given a warranty without indicating a specific term, the warranty period is 2 years from the date the product was issued to you.

If you are a consumer, or an individual who enters into a contract directly unrelated to his/her business, when it is clear from the content of the contract that it does not have a professional character for him/her, you can always make a complaint to Lidl as a seller (based on the consumer warranty). Lidl is liable under the warranty if the product defect / lack of conformity of the product with the contract is discovered within 2 years from the date of delivery of the product to you.
