ERLI contact form. How to submit a claim or complaint

If, like me, you regularly order goods on ERLI.pl, it is important to know where to turn in case of questions, technical issues, or disputes. Over a year of using the platform, I have encountered delivery delays and ERLI CLUB points issues, and I can say for sure that support works, but it is important to know which channel to use in each situation. Here are the details.
On this page, I have collected all available ways to contact the company that I managed to find.
Contacts
If you need to officially file a complaint, it is better to write directly to the claims department email address. This method is convenient for archiving your request and receiving an official response.
In some cases (for example, to close an account),you need to send a written statement by mail. The letter is sent to the company’s legal address, which is useful if it is an important legal matter or claim.

Share your suggestions, proposals, feedback, or comments using the feedback form 
In your request, you should briefly and clearly state the essence of the problem, provide your contact details, and attach necessary documents (if any).
Social networks
ERLI actively uses social networks to communicate with customers. On Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, the company publishes news, promotions, and useful tips.
How and whom to write a complaint / claim
If the order did not arrive, the item is damaged, or the refund has not been received, always start with the most obvious step:

The platform supports communication by email and chat, and if it comes to a dispute, it provides a contact form for the security service. It works efficiently, but only if all conditions are met.
ERLI has really built an effective support system. The main thing is not to waste time trying to write “anywhere,” but to use the right channel immediately. From personal experience, if you clearly state the issue and follow the rules, the solution comes quickly. Support is not perfect, but compared to most marketplaces, it looks very decent.
